Chopping board glue advice?

Hi All,

I'm planning on making some chopping boards for Christmas presents and I wondered if anyone had any advice about which glue to use? I was planning on using Titebond III which I've used for lots of other things with no problems, but does anyone have any experience using it or other glues for chopping boards and what advice would you offer?

Myself use TB III for food products and its always performed.

I used Evostick Resin W Exterior grade.
It was fine, until SWIMBO put it in a cooling oven to dry it out! :roll:

The worktop manufacturers use D3 PVA, D2 is the stuff normally sold.

I use D4, I'd have thought D3 was the one usually sold?

Thanks all - really appreciate the advice. I've got a fair but of Titebond III so will probably go ahead and use that, but will have a look at the other suggestions too. I'll let you know how I get on!
