Bosch takes over Freud (in part)

From the look of this press release the Freud brand of power tools might not be long for this world. I can't really see Bosch including much of the present range of power tools for long 'coz they already own Skil and in any case many of the Freud tools ara made by Casals in Spain

Bosch only buys the saw blade business and the router bit business

The Freud powertool business is unaffected by this

this was posted last week. They have announced that Freud will continue to trade under the Freud name and nothing will change.
