I need to new mitre saw to cut skirting boards and architraves, I already have a Bosch GBA 18V 4.0Ah rechargeable battery so I am thinking of getting the GCM 18V-216 Cordless Mitre Saw (GCM 18V-216 Cordless Mitre Saw BITURBO | Bosch Professional) priced at £390. The other option is the corded GCM 8 SJL Sliding Mitre Saw (GCM 8 SJL Sliding Mitre Saw | Bosch Professional) which is £298.
THey both seem to have the same spec. Does anyone use either? Which one would be the better option for occasional DIY use?
