Books on finishing

Can anyone recommend a good book on finishing which includes details of mix proportions, suitability for different woods and brush application of melamines, acrylics etc?

The Taunton one is excellent and covers a broard spectrum. A good reference IMHO

 

[Woodfinish Man]

The one we have found to be the most popular is Complete Woodfinishing by Ian Hosker it is a comprehensive guide to all wood finishing techniques.
