best way to seal green bowl blanks

I have just bought a woodcut bowlsaver, made the stem post myself. so now anticipate making a batch of bowl blanks. In the past I have used pva and wax but have seen industrial process where they just dunk them in aliquid. I wonder if I could do that succesfully using diluted PVA . Anyone have and ideas.. Just looking for a quick and easy way to seal green cored out blanks.
 
I think they use Anchorseal in the dunking process.
If you google it there looks to be plenty of forum comments available.
