Best Drawer Box Construction? (undermount runners)

What's everyone's thoughts on the best drawer box construction in a production environment (ie no hand cut joints) for undermount runners like Blum?

Personally i've used dovetails in the past but always find that because of the cutout for the runner the lowest dovetail at the back is weakened and often breaks.

I've drawn up a couple of alternatives for discussion and will upload with this post

Yep I've just had that on some I've bought. I bought 7 dovetail boxes and all were good apart from one where the same part you were talking about had snapped off. Luckily I managed to glue it back on and hopefully it won't be noticeable.
