Can anyone please give me a detailed description on how to remove and replace the bearings on a Graduate lathe, Thanks.

I replaced the bearings in mine recently. I followed this guide: http://www.lkctraining.co.uk/S7-WoodLathe/Graduate Lathe Handbook.pdf

Don't forget to loop your v belt over the spindle before putting it back together. I chose to replace the v belt at the same time, as removing the spindle is needed to replace the belt anyway. I chose to bit two belts and tie one out of the way.

You may want to consider replacing the bearings with sealed ones, they have rubber seals to prevent dust getting in and avoid needing to top them up with grease.

The normal bearings do spin a bit more freely though.
