Beaded face frames, question?

the size(and position) of the bead helps to make the stiles an even width. I use blum hinges with a single stop on the left door. saves unlatching etc. it's just something that makes it hand done.
 
This is some of the work so far, all face frames made in 1 section! even the 4m by 2.4m.... never again :ROFLMAO:
also ive been playing around with how they're fixed, some have been Zeta'd some have been biscuit'd and some just glued and pinned.
Currently working on putting a groove in either the packer or carcass front and using normal biscuits in the ff.
In the office/boockcase photo's we supplied it Spray primed grey, they did a god awful job hand painting it:cry:
The rest are primed and painted by the clients.

All frames and doors Tulip, Hydrofugo mdf or egger mfc carcass's
