Bandsaw issue

I’ve just bought a 1/8” carbon bandsaw blade for our local men’s shed bandsaw but after fitting it it keeps tracking off the wheels. I’ve tried all the usual things alignment, tension etc. But nothing works. I put the 1/2” blade back on and that’s fine.
Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions please? TIA.

Look at where it’s welded and place a straight edge on the back of the blade. Chances are it’s been welded not straight.

Thanks Deema, I’ll check that, but I will be surprised if it is faulty has I got it from Tuff saws and never had a bad one from them.
