There's no bandsaw blade that's suitable for templates straight from the machine. All bandsaw blades will leave a rippled, corrugated cut on the template to some extent, and those imperfections then get copied on to the workpiece.
I normally make router or spindle templates out of good quality 12 or 15mm MDF, bandsawing to 0.5mm-1.0mm outside the line, then go right to the line and fair the curve with a spokeshave and/or abrasive paper.
So, given that you'll only use a bandsawing for roughing out the template, the answer is any bandsaw blade that can handle the tightest radius of the template is suitable. And because pretty much all bandsaw blades can accommodate the slow, shallow curves that are typical in furniture and joinery, then you can be reasonably confident that whatever blade happens to be on your bandsaw will get the job done.
Good luck!
