Good evening all,

Can anyone pls help? I have a Burgess Powerline BK1 Saw which is as good as new - EXCEPT for the lower driven wheel which has disintegrated.
I've tried everywhere for a spare but with no success. Burgess Part number is 010704.
I shall be very grateful if anyone can suggest a source, it seems a waste to scrap it for want of a nylon wheel.

Local area a bit light on suppliers - I live in Sunny Southern Spain but have a UK contact address if needed.

Thanks,
Alan Ward

Hi Alan,

Welcome to the forum. :D

I have no idea were to get your spare wheel, hopefully someone will be along who does.

Hi Alan,
Welcome.

I don't know about your wheel, but could you not make one out of plywood? It may sound daft, but my uncle made a bandsaw entirely out of plywood and it is still going 20 years late. I jest not. Fixed table, but it cuts. I would have thought that a wheel was very do-able.

Cheers
Steve
