Need some advice guys.
I have a bamboo summerhouse that moved during the recent high winds and found out the reason.
The two corner posts moved away from each other as they were not tied in to each other.
Have got everything back together and square and have gotten hold of some stainless wire that I intend to wrap around each corner then tension it up to hold the uprights together.
I'm a tad worried the wire, (3mm stainless steel), will eventually bite into the wood so am looking at some method of protecting it from the wire.
Does anyone know of something I can use?

Cheers,
TC

If you pull it tight the 3mm SS wire might cut through the plastic. How about getting a strip if SS sheet sat 3in wide, cut it to 1in strips, bend it in the middle in a vice, put a dink in the fold line to hold the 3mm SS in place. It will never move or rust.
Hope that made sense.
