Axminster TS-200 table saw - missing washer?? Please help

Hi, this is my first post.

My new Axminster TS-200 was delivered today.

I noticed that where the top table is bolted onto the rest of the body, three out of four have a thick washer between the table feet and the body, but the back-right one doesn't.

This appears to make that corner 1-2mm closer to the body, which surely can't be right.

Would someone who also owns a TS-200 be so kind as to see if you have three or four washers on yours? Any help very much appreciated!

It is fine. The reason for the washers are to try to level the top as the base is poorly welded together and out of square. Well mine was.
