Average Pay - Working Bench Joiner Foreman

Hey people. This is my first post. I'm just looking for some help. I am 23. Got my NVQ3 in bench Joinery and have been working 8 years. 2 years ago I was made Workshop Foreman but i still do alot of machining and making. I'm about to do a CMI in first line management course soon as I've just taught myself to be Foreman. I run a team of 9 aging from 16 to 56. I'm on £12ph before tax so that's £1500 take home a month. What do you think is the average wage for someone of my job (not my age)

I'd say it's a bit low.
