That's just so intricate, Brucio...

When you are cutting out the pieces, are use using rails/guides to keep the edges absolutely straight? Straight lines are very difficult on a scroll saw, and I live in a world of loops and curls...

I use a fairly deep blade, that's almost 1/8" from teeth to the back of the blade. This makes it pretty easy to cut straight lines.
Just a slight stroke or two with a file completes the edge.
