I believe leiberr actually make the fridges for meile and yes they are a small ish family affair in Germany. As I was speaking to my leiberr dealer we was calling up leiberr directly to ask about stuff I wanted. Just that is good enoifh
For me. You can imagine how long a wait you would have if you wanted to speak to Bosch

There are plenty of vids on YouTube on how to fix samsung American fridges. I fixed mine following it. Was pretty easy and the repair kit is really available on ebay. In my case the defrost heater had gone which meant that ice built up and blocked the fan so cold air couldn't get blown to fridge
