Aluminium machining

Just wondering if anyone here has the ability to machine 10 to 15 thick aluminium. I might need a tear drop shaped piece cut with a 44mm hole cut in it. This will be part of the depth gauge I need to make for my fobco drill. If anyone can do this please let me know and give me an idea of cost.

I can do this for you
I have a fobco as well so I have a pattern to hand
£20 in all or £10 if you supply material

Cheers Ian for the reply will keep you in mind, won't be for awhile yet as Ive just started stripping it down for new bearings then paint. Cheers
