Advice on Apollo 1500 HVLP System / A7500GT Atomizer

Hello Guys,

I recently decided to purchase an Apollo 1500 HVLP Turbine Spray System to use for finishing Furniture & Cabinets. After reading a lot of reviews, I upgraded the Gun to an Apollo A7500GT Atomizer.

Does anyone know if I need an External Air Relief Valve to use the A7500GT Atomizer Gun with Apollo 1500 Turbine?

A quick google by someone that knows nothing ..

'Please note, when using the A7500T Series spray gun with older turbine systems, you must also purchase the A7538A External Air Relief Valve. '
