A query regarding facemask filters.

Greetings folks,
I have a 3M 6900 face mask with both particulate and A2 vapour interchangeable filters. As they are both disposable, how long would you recommend their use before replacing them?

The service life of the filter should be on the instruction leaflet packed in each filter package.
