I watch a number of watch tinkerers on YT and one of them made a 0.2mm diameter screw the other day, crazy stuff they get up to. Their tools must be capable of some accurate work!

Can be good fun. Some screws, the ones that hold the date ring on most wristwatches spring to mind, are about the size of a grain of sand. Put them under the microscope and you are looking at a perfect csk head machine screw. Definitely need a clean bench and a tray, drop one of those on the floor and it's gone!
