A gremlin in my PVR.

Help please. I have a satellite dish which is fed through a Samsung box for Freesat television. Everything works as it should except.... on the normal ITV channel we constantly have the very annoying commentary which I cannot get rid of even after deselecting it. ITV HD, and all other channels, work normally.
Any suggestion apart from burning the box?

So you can turn AD on and off for any other channels but it remains on even when off for ITV only?

Unplug it for 2 mins. and see if that helps?

Yes, only for ITV. I will try the switch off and on.

Does that mean wipe out all of the stored channels and start again?

Don't worry you want lose what you recorded.

As it's Freesat, all your channels will reinstall with the postcode you type in.
