If there is one thing I can't get enough of it's Yuk Sung...
I found a nice recipe on t'internet, but in restaurants they usually serve it with heaps of some dried, white curly stuff. I just can't remember what it's called. I just know it goes with the Yuk Sung and gets everywhere when you eat it! But it makes the dish something special.
I would imagine I can get some in packets, but I need to know what to ask for, rather than wander around in the store in a daze! :lol:
Does anyone know of what I speak please?
