Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get (or have made/ground) a circular saw blade to cut a 1mm kerf?
It will only get light use cutting to a depth of 10mm max, so could be rim-ground, and need only be approx 6" diameter with a 5/8' hole for use on a Startrite tilt-arbor table saw.

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Thanks, Steve

You may be able to get a slitting blade that size. I think that I saw some on Scott and Sargent.

May be worth searching for 'slitting saws'. For example, Addison make 125mm diameter, 1mm kerf blades, but with 22m bore. They may make other sizes but I only had a cursory look when searching for saw blades to cut teh slot in saw handles. Link here.

Thanks both ... I'll have a look for slitting blades.
I would like to find the correct bore as I have found that adapter 'washers' are invariably too thick for thin kerf blades and cause problems when mounting the blade on the arbor.

Thanks,
Steve
