The top photo is probably nearest to the true colour.
It was extremely hard to get a photo that shows the depth of colour in the blank.
There is a very good standard of entry and some forum members may have been put off by that, but remember, in any competition there has to be losers.
The losers are every bit as important as the winner because without the losers there IS NO competition.
If all the sprinters up against Usain...
Don't forget haggis the most Scottish of all.

This is my entry for the pens in alternative materials category.
It is my 18th pen and my first high end kit
I used a polyester resin blank for this kit as I had no timber blanks large enough (I didn't realise how large they were compared to a slimline)
It was wet sanded with wet and dry paper...
Superb :D
From now on you belong to him, not the other way round.
I hope he trains you well :D
