I made one from 2*2" and 1*4. I used mortice and tenons for the rails and stiles. The 1*4 were rebated on each edge so that they overlapped and were put in rabbets in the rails and stiles. I used 18mm ply for the bottom, with a 2" hole, lined the inside with plastic. Sorry no WIP pictures.
