wooden fixing covers

i need to make some wooden covers to hide the head of a small bolt but dont know what shapes or how to do it can anyone offer a suggestion thanks

How about wooden caps using buttons or plugs as per the guy over in Helensburgh. Depends on bolt head size of course. Guy sends out quickly and in various woods. Bore underneath button to suit. www.plugitdowel.co.uk/
