Window Shutters

Quoted almost £4000 for shutters for 6 windows!! Considering making them myslef as they don't look too complicated. Anyone know where i might find the wood and parts that go into making them. Think they'r ecalled plantation shutters

it's at this point you go back to them and say you're not paying that, and keep them coming down til you are happy

Norm did a programme about making the jigs to do plantation shutters and there is a company that do all the parts (very cheap) but they in us there is a uk branch but they don't do the parts only repair kits

Ask the company to send a sales person round who is not on drink/ drugs as the previous quote was obviously given by someone of thier trolley.
