Where to buy HSS tool blanks?

Hello,

I've been reading some articles on the web and this one about making a tool interested me - http://www.aroundthewoods.com/three.shtml. So, I'd like to make a tool similar to this myself, and was wondering where I could purchase HSS tool blanks from in the UK. I've tried Machine Mart but couldn't find anything on their web site, and a search on eBay wasn't too fruitful either. What I'm after is a bar of HSS, about 3/8" diameter and 5" or more in length, just like they sell online at Enco in the 'states (see http://www.use-enco.com/CGI/INPDFF?PMPAGE=172&PMITEM=383-7015).
