I looked at that, stupidly thinking, "Why don't they just shovel it away?" Then I saw the later shots of the scale of it and the speed at which it was moving. You'd have no idea in the middle of the year that your home was at risk to some phenomenon like that.
Truly horrid for the inhabitants.
