What's a 'Coates Vice' ?

I saw a picture of part of a 'Coates™ Vice' in the https://www.ukworkshop.co.uk/forums/chest-of-drawers-wip-slow-hand-tool-project-t87014-90.html thread, about 1/2-way down page 7. I can find no reference to this vice in either the forum search or a general Google search, could some kind soul enlighten me please ?
