What size T Track for Festool clamps

Rutlands are currently selling off some t track reasonably cheaply. I am in the process of making a bench where I want some track installed that I can use my festool clamps on it (like an MFT table). What size track do I need? I am hopeful the 1/2 track will be right!

Can't think where i read it (maybe on FOG forum) But someone said something about the supplied screws sit a little proud in the T track channel and are not flush, So may have to change the screws for better fitting ones.
