What are these hinges called, please?

I want to search the net for hinges that go both ways. I mean, if you use them to attach two panels (like bifold doors) they can fold back either way.

But I cannot search for them as I don't know what they are called :-(

Things don't look good with those hinges when John Wayne steps through and calls you out.

So I would look for a different hinge.
