Wealden Tools : Rabbeting Cutter

I ordered one of these

As well as 5 bearings. The cutter has arrived with no other pieces though, no bolt or washers to attach the bearing?

There is no mention of having to buy the bolt and washer separately?

Has anyone else bought one of these, and did it come with the bolt?
