Hi folks

I've seen people using a non abrasive pad to apply wax to wood. It looked almost like that green kitchen scrubbing sheet stuff.

Any idea what it is?!

Scotchbrite.

Mirka do one too, Mirlon I think and chestnut also do one.

I have used all 3 at one time or another and haven't noticed a difference between the lot. The last lot I bought were merlon from eBay.

I apply wax with a cloth and then use a 3M white scotch brite pad to buff the wax. I works very well. I have also used 0000 steel wool to apply wax. The white scotch brite pad would also work well for an applicator.
