Water tap fitting

Hi,

Does anyone know if you can get a fitting to attach 2 taps to an outside tap ( that don't sound right!) :?

I need to find a "Y" fitting that will screw onto the existing tap. I have searched for fittings,Y fittings etc....No joy.
