I'm thinking it was a good buy but wanted to see what you guys thought. It cost me £10 for the lot the guy told me what type of woods they were but a bit quick for me to take in, nice chap said there was about £30 worth, it's not I don't believe him but just want a second opinion. I'm sure I can make enough to easily compensate my £10 :). Pics attached.

difficult to identify without closer views (and possibly clean-up of the surface a bit), but unless they are totally cr** softwood, which they don't look like, they're a bargain at the price paid.

I'm thinking you got a bargain, the lump on the right could have cost you that elsewhere.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! The guy did sound very genuine :) I'm pleased I got a good buy. I'll today some close ups of each piece :)

I've never brought much wood before so I'm really pleased out went well haha. Thanks for the information guys, very helpful as always! I've attached some better pics.

The last one could be Utile, What you going to use it for?
I think your bang on right with that by the way because I asked the chap what do they do with all the wood and he said most if it is sold to make coffins with. I googled utile and a coffin came up in the images section :).
