WANT TO LEARN WOOD TURNING / LATHE

Hi All,

Wanted to learn how to operate a Lathe machine, want be try my hand at making spindles, hand finished baseball bats, clubells etc. Never worked with wood before, but have always been really interested. Almost like a call of the wild Purely as a Hobby at least for now!
Can anyone help? I work full time and long hours so would need something out of office hours to be honest. All suggestions are welcome!
