yep again that bench looks real cheap and nasty

the workmate is the way to go

and paul chapmans top is a fine addition, i would get the workmate(not a cheap clone but the real deal) and look at making one the same

i`m sure paul will make you up some plans to help if you ask him nice;)
 
Yep, definitely the Workmate. Even better if you can get an older one when they were considerably better made, plus you'll save yourself a bunch of notes.

carl look in your local free ads paper you will get a workmate for £20 to £30 a lot of people buy them and dont use them i got a early dual hieght one made from aliminuim that looked like new for £20 good luck in finding one dave
