I have been asked by a friend who has a 1930's wood veneered radio which needs some repair work.
I haven't seen the radio but he tells me that the veneer has lifted in places and there are traces of some veneer missing.
Does anyone on here know of anywhere he could take the radio to, to get repaired as he is an antique radio collector and wants to save it.

Or is there anyone on here willing to take a look for him?
He is based in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

Thanks

IS there not a local furniture restorer that could take a look? If the veneer was just lifting then thats not too major but if some is also missing then it may end up bring completely re-veneered. Could you maybe post some pictures of the damage?
