For the last five or six weeks my 14v combi drill has been slipping on the higher speed :evil: so thinks I ought to look back and see when I bought it, Ist of May 2011, :shock: Hmm, thinks I better give Bosch a ring. After waiting on hold for what seemed like ages I gave up :roll: , and tried again Friday morning, straight through this time explained the problem and was told to box it up and they would collect it on monday, well 10am wednesday it came back good as new! =D>

Glad to hear a good service result from Bosch.

I've had one bad and another plain awful experience both with their professional range. I had to get a director involved in their last escapade on a 5 month old hedgetrimmer used onle once. not good for a £160 machine!
