If you read down to the actual fault, the notice says the wiring is reversed. This isnt a major problem to anyone who has wired a plug and is not colour blind, but consumer safety demands a recall.
I've had two woodworking machines delivered with the NVR switch wrongly wired.
One was a charnwood belt sander that ran as soon as the plug was switched on at the wall and stopped when the NVR was pressed to "ON". (wired upside down, incoming to load and load to incoming).
And one was on an Axminster drill press. There was a loud humming noise from the switch when not switched on (Incoming wiring was reversed).
Strangely, both came with certificates stating they had been fully tested before delivery to me.
Such is the modern world we live in.
