I bought a Kreg pocket hole jig from Axminster earlier this week. On the website it said it came with 125 screws, but on arrival it only had 50. Not a big deal but worth a small grumble so I rang Axminster to let them know. Less than 24 hours later I received a screw kit with nearly 700 screws in it free of charge. I call that good service. In fact I call it outstanding service.
