Top Mounted Bench Vice

This is my first post whoop! (apologies if this is a repeat)

But yes, for various reasons I need a wood working vice that mounts on top of the work surface. I found this article in another thread somewhere:

Cant link the image.... (google "coach makers vice" and its the 4th image along, its a scan from I guess an old magazine or catalogue)

The vice in the top right looks ideal. The writing says that it is a "Coach Makers Vice" but a google search for that doesn't bring much up. Anyone have any idea what this type of vice is and where I could buy one?

Search for Moxon vice, not the same style but its a vice that sits above the bench. Also look for mini bench mounted benches - effectively a small bench that goes on your bench if that makes sense.
