I've had a Triton 1400W MOF001 table mounted for a year or so and it's performed admirably but yesterday it would not come up far enough to lock for cutter changing.
After some time looking for the problem I found that the cover for the micro adjustment rack was half full of sawdust thus greatly restricting the movement. This had happened gradually over the months and as it lives permanently inverted in the table there was no chance for it to escape.
It would have automatically have cleared itself and wouldn't have built up If I'd occasionally used the router hand-held but it has always been table mounted.
Anyway one screw to take the cover off and clear the dust out – problem solved.
