Thicko picture upload question

I know how upload, but the size is to big (greater than 256 thingy) any way on reducing the size of a picture so i can upload???

I know and have understood that bit, its just that my pics seem to be to big, so they cant upload, i dont know how to bring the pics down to the 256 thats required

If you don't want to bother with picture resizing, although it is very simple when you have done it once, get an account at somewhere like http://www.photobucket.com and upload your photos there. You are then given links for forums and other places so that your photos will show up.

Don’t feel bad, you are not on your own, I have been on various forums including photographic forums for a number of years now and have never cracked the upload thing yet.

I opened a photobucket account, but that was far to complicated for a simple non computer savvy brain like mine. ](*,) :?

I have given up trying, its just to much stress.

So its back to scroll sawing for me.
