For me this definitely wouldn't be "ultimate" as it probably wouldn't stand up to a couple of hours of heavy planing.

Mind you neither do I sometimes. :D

In fact its a pretty good design in my books, if I get enough site work, I might just copy it ;)

I guess it does stand up portability-wise.

I think I just get annoyed by Ultimate. Especially with things so subjective, such as benches which are dependent on how they are to be used.

Very common word that..."ultimate"...especially in the States.

I want to make a box for my calligraphy materials...

...just so I can make the ultimate pen box....
