Have just received the latest copy of F&C from the postie and contained within is an article on the construction of a router table where the router is mounted horizontally. This looks an intriguing piece of kit and am tempted to have a go at building one, but has anyone any experience of this sort of table? Rob

It looks so darn useful that it's on my TUIT list to build one.

Roger - I can see they would be quite useful - bit tricky to use one for template routing with a top bearing cutter tho'

I occasionally use the little DeWalt table (DE6900) for horizontal routing.
Its probably more like a routing center than just a table as it has a number of applications available to it.
I believe its still available. A nice, well made, easily stored piece of equipment.

Its my wife's but I get to look after it and drive it sometimes
The car is a 1993 Eunos Roadster imported from Japan. In the UK it would be a Mazda MX5. This one is a little bit special however :wink:
