Stupidest thing I've ever done is take a circular saw to an upholstered bed base when I was trying to break down lots of furniture for chucking away.

It was late and I was very tired and just wanted to finish so thought I'd bring out a saw. Will never forget the way it got tangled up and jumped out of control millimetres from my face.

I caught my sleeve in a rotex a couple month ago. Took it off up to the elbow. Live and learn, I guess. LOL Thomas Falater

Lol I did a similar thing with mine. Was sanding away in rotex mode wearing a hoodie with a large kangaroo type pocket on the front. Managed to somehow snag it and before I knew it the whole thing was wrapped around the sander and my arms. Ripped the whole pocket off, luckily I managed to pull the lead out to stop it.

I'm careful now when I use it, who'd have thought a sander was dangerous LOL
