I use Microsoft office outlook on my laptop to download e-mails from my talktalk account. When all the talktalk issues erupted last week I was away in Tenerife returning yesterday
Upon returning I downloaded my e-mails via outlook onto the laptop however every e-mail (1500 of them) were marked spam and went directly to my junk e-mail folder.
I do get loads of junk (from places like @cisco.com) and have setup outlook to deliver certain addresses direct to junk, unfortunately every e-mail is now going to junk
Is this down to the issues relating to talktalk or a coincidence and something has happened to my outlook setup (my wife has the same issues on her account on the same laptop)
Any assistance greatly appreciated
