Hi all just had to try the indexing on my Jet 1220.
Platter is about 6"x 1.5".
Turned on the faceplate then chuck.
Used a Proxxon drill with a ball grinder to burn.
Finished with sanding sealer and Wood Wax 22.
Is this the right way to go?
Any comments good or bad would help!!!

If the results keep coming out like that Thomas I doubt anybody will have the nerve to say it isn't.

Very attractive form and well finished.

I like it :D

The platter itself is nicely shaped, proportioned and finished, but the indexed pattern adds beautifully to it (highlights, rather than overpowers)
